The space tote repurposes the ubiquitous space blanket, typically used by backcountry campers and marathon runners. The blanket’s packaging wrinkles are put to renewed use as well, defining the tote’s stitching grid. The walls of the bag are filled with sheep’s wool, and sewn with glow-in-the-dark thread to enhance the mylar’s reflectivity. The tote’s puffy walls handle the bag’s contents with care, and ask to be handled with care in return.
