ARCHIPELAGO

STUDIO: Little [a] Architecture
MATERIAL: Cork
QUALITIES: Aggregated, Interactive, Heavy

DESCRIPTION︎︎︎

Archipelago is a collection of objects designed to be dispersed. Each geometric cork form invites multiple uses without being reducible to any single function. They are open occasions for play and reflection, super-positional enigmas of functional multiplicity.

Spread them around a room as set pieces in curatorial rituals of living space stylization or sprinkle them in a bathtub as toys for young mermaids. Or, employ them in a workspace as object-muses for imagination.

Each set contains six surprisingly heavy hand-hewn blocks of solid cork that puzzle together into a rectangular prism.
